The field team walks out with the note already written. Quotes, prices and dates are recorded as they were said, so nobody has to call back to check.

Decisions are separated from discussion. Tasks come out by name and the follow-up email is waiting to be sent.
On the road
Recording from the car through CarPlay and from your wrist through Apple Watch. The note is structured before you are back at the office.
We deliberately have no meeting bot. Instead of something that joins a Zoom or Teams room, we built for the phone that is already on the table.
What your IT team will ask
Where does the audio go?
For meeting, car and watch recordings the audio is uploaded to our server and transcribed in the EU region. Once the text is ready it is deleted within 24 hours at the latest. For daily and work notes, speech is transcribed by Apple’s speech recognition.
Where are the notes stored?
On the employee’s device first. Cloud backup is optional; when it is on, note content is encrypted on the device and only the encrypted form reaches the server. The server cannot read it. Audio files never enter the backup.
What reaches the AI?
Only text, and only with explicit consent. No voiceprint is created and recordings are not used to train models.
What about personal notes?
Work and Daily are separate spaces. A grocery list does not sit next to a client note; the employee sees and chooses which space they are recording into.
Compliance?
The app shows an explicit consent screen before a meeting recording starts. The privacy notice, the retention and deletion policy and the terms of use are published.
Account and data deletion?
Employees delete their account from inside the app and their data goes with it.
How team usage works today
Business and Business+ are per-user subscriptions through the App Store. Meeting quota is monthly minutes: 600 a month on Business, 1,200 on Business+.
Invoicing, volume licensing and user management are things we work out during the conversation, based on what you actually need.
