YazBunu is built by Peracom Yazılım Danışmanlık A.Ş. We come from fifteen years in enterprise software; design, engineering and support are handled by the same team.
The idea came from everyday life, not from a meeting room
What comes to mind does not stay there. The call you remember at a red light. The “eight o’clock, evening pill” thought that arrives at the stove. The “stop by the market” that cuts in on your way out. The topic that surfaces the night before an exam. They all share the same shape: your hands are busy, your eyes are elsewhere and there is no time to write.
Then the light turns green, the water boils, the bus pulls in. Three streets later you cannot even remember what you were thinking. What gets lost is not a big project; it is the small things that hold the day together.
That is what YazBunu is for: every moment when speaking is faster than typing.
- In everyday life medication times, a shopping list, an “exam tomorrow” reminder. What you say turns into a tidy note, and the reminder, the calendar entry and the location find their own place.
- At work a client call, a quote to follow up, a decision made inside the team. Your work notes never mix with your personal ones; the two live in separate spaces.
- In the car you record from the CarPlay screen, listen to your notes and run actions by voice. Your hands stay on the wheel.
- On foot you talk to your Apple Watch for two minutes and your phone writes it down.
While building it for ourselves we saw the same squeeze around the table. A meeting ends, everyone leaves the room with a different version of it, and nobody writes the decision down. YazBunu was designed for both everyday and business use from the start, and the meeting module was born there. It turns a recording into text, pulls out the decisions and the tasks, and drafts the follow-up email for the participants.
It writes the way you speak instead of correcting you
Business conversation in Türkiye happens in two languages at once, and most meetings still happen in a room rather than a call. Voice note apps either “correct” the way people speak and break the sentence, or only work by sending a bot into an online meeting. YazBunu does the opposite: it writes the way you speak, and it works with a phone on the table, CarPlay in the car and a watch when your hands are full.
Mixed business language stays intact
Words like “meeting”, “deadline” and “approve” are not translated into Turkish. Whatever language they were spoken in, that is how they appear in the note. Dates, times, names and figures are never trimmed either.
Where your audio goes and how long it stays
A voice note is one of the most personal things you can hand to a piece of software. That is why we treat the data side as seriously as the product itself. What follows is not marketing copy; it is what our legal texts say, word for word.
- Daily and work notes on iPhone are turned into text using Apple’s speech recognition. The audio file stays on your phone.
- For meeting, car and watch recordings the audio is uploaded to our server for transcription, processed in the European Union region and deleted as soon as the job is done, within 24 hours at the latest.
- Cloud backup is end to end encrypted We cannot see, store or regenerate your encryption password on your behalf.
- We do not create voiceprints No biometric profile is derived from your voice.
- Your notes are not used for advertising and they are not used to train artificial intelligence models either.
- On-device diagnostic logs do not reach us by themselves If you choose to share one it is masked first, and you see exactly what you are sending.

Enterprise software is our core business
Peracom Yazılım Danışmanlık A.Ş. delivers software projects and consultancy for small, medium and enterprise companies in ERP, CRM, workflow, warehouse management and HR. The company was founded in 2014 and the team’s experience in the sector goes back to 2011.
YazBunu was built on top of that experience. Meetings, decisions, action items, owners and deadlines are not new concepts to us, and the meeting module came out of that habit.
